Road Trip Planning!

I might be alone in this, but road trip planning is probably one of my favorite activities. I have now worked on at least long distance 6 road trip plans. I love the process of fitting the places and people you are going to see into the larger puzzle of "how the heck will this work!?". This upcoming trip is my biggest trip ever, and I am more than excited. We are leaving next Tuesday for a 5,400+ mile long trip to drive around a huge chunk of the US that I have never seen. We are trying to knock off as many National Parks on the trip as we can, right now the count is at 12. We will be getting to VA on or around May 12!

  • Capitol Reef, UT
  • Bryce Canyon, UT
  • Zion, UT
  • Death Valley, CA
  • Sequoia, CA
  • Kings Canyon, CA
  • Yosemite, CA
  • Redwood, CA
  • Lassen Volcanic, CA
  • Great Basin, NV
  • Great Sand Dunes, CO
  • Mammoth Cave, KY
Here is my google map of the trip so far:

I will be updating here as often as I can with pictures and videos of all of our adventures, so keep checking in over the next month!
